Job summary

Doug Smith Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Spanish Fork is seeking a full-time automotive technician to address customer concerns, document diagnoses in the DMS, and perform quality multi-point inspections with clear results.

You will collaborate with service and parts teams, complete factory web training on schedule, and apply safety and emissions knowledge. Valid driver’s license, reliable tools, and good communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• Factory Training preferred but not required.
• Self-motivated to be a productive technician.
• Valid driver's license.
• Good communication skills and patience.
• General mechanical skills with own tools.

Responsibilities

• Address the customer's primary concern
• Properly document the cause and the correction in our DMS
• Perform a quality Multi-Point Inspection and record all results.
• Ability to communicate with the Service Advisors and Parts Advisors
• Complete all your Factory Web Training in a timely manner and stay current with all training
• Understand all Factory Warranties and Policy and Procedures

Pay: $30,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year based on experience level
