Job summary

Jiffy Lube International is seeking an Automotive Technician in Woodside, NY to service guests' vehicles with a full range of mechanical repairs. You will use leading tools and programs to diagnose, quote, and complete tasks with a focus on quality and guest experience.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of automotive experience required.
• 1-2 years of brake systems experience.
• ASE A5 Brakes certification required; other ASE certifications preferred.
• Automotive tech or trade school background is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Perform complete brake service (disc/drum) and flushes as needed.
• Diagnose braking, engine performance, suspension/steering, electrical, and HVAC issues.
• Use computer systems to provide parts and labor estimates (AllDATA, AutoZone, etc.).
• Road-test vehicles before and after repairs to ensure quality.
• Assist in training and supervising store apprentices.
