Job summary

Jiffy Lube International in Seaford, NY is seeking an Automotive Technician to perform lubrication, braking and tire services with a strong focus on guest satisfaction. You will be trained to handle a wide range of mechanical repairs and provide clear explanations of services to guests.

The role requires 1–3 years of automotive experience, and ASE braking certification (A5) is preferred along with related engine, suspension, electrical and A/C knowledge.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of automotive experience required.
• ASE certification in brakes (A5) preferred; other ASE certifications are desirable.
• Ability to diagnose and repair braking, engine, electrical, suspension and A/C systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform lubrication, brake service, tires and general maintenance.
• Use shop software to estimate parts and labor for repairs.
• Road-test vehicles before and after service.
• Maintain a clean, safe workstation and communicate clearly with guests.
