The role emphasizes teamwork, clear communication with guests, and maintaining a clean service center while using industry-standard tools and software to provide accurate estimates and complete the work to a high standard.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of automotive experience.
• 1-2 years of experience on brake systems.
• ASE A5 brakes certification preferred.
• ASE certifications in engine performance, suspension & steering, electrical systems, heating & A/C preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote teamwork to deliver on-time guest care during all operating hours.
• Provide clear communication and feedback about guest vehicles.
• Diagnose and repair braking, engine, suspension, electrical, and HVAC issues.
