Qualifications

• 1–3 years of automotive experience required.
• 1–2 years of brake system experience preferred.
• Provide training and supervision to apprentices.
• ASE A5 Brakes certification is required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote teamwork to deliver on-time, accurate guest care.
• Provide clear communication about guest vehicles and repairs.
• Keep the service center workstation clean and presentable.
• Perform complete disc/drum brake service and brake flushes.
• Diagnose braking and other mechanical issues; advise customers.
• Road-test vehicles before and after service to ensure quality.
• Use estimating software to provide parts and labor estimates.
