Jiffy Lube International is seeking an Automotive Technician in Woodinville, WA. You will service guest vehicles, perform a wide range of mechanical repairs, and ensure top-quality work and an outstanding guest experience.

This role includes comprehensive training, certification opportunities, and a team-focused environment with benefits. You will diagnose issues, use diagnostic tools, and communicate clearly with guests to deliver reliable service.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of automotive experience.
• 1-2 years brake system experience.
• ASE-certified or pursuing certification preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to use diagnostic tools and service manuals.

Responsibilities

• Promote teamwork to deliver on time and accurate guest care during all operating hours.
• Demonstrate excellent guest service, including clear communication about guest vehicles.
• Keep the service center workstation clean and presentable.
• Perform complete disc or drum brake service including replacement of all braking components and full brake flushes.
• Diagnose and pinpoint issues in the braking system and related components.
• Diagnose engine performance, suspension/steering, electrical, heating and AC as needed.
• Use our computer systems to provide parts and labor estimates (All DATA, AutoZone, O'Reilly, NAPA, etc.).
• Road-test vehicles before and after service to ensure quality work.
• Secondary duties may include lubrication, fuel services, tire rotations.
