Job summary

Stang Auto Tech, Inc. in Broomfield, CO is seeking a B-Level or strong C-Level Automotive Technician to join its family-owned shop.

This role offers a base pay of $16–$20 per hour with a production bonus, medical/dental/vision insurance, SIMPLE IRA with company match, and a Monday–Friday schedule.

You will work across a steady mix of maintenance and repair work, using diagnostic portals and mentoring apprentices, contributing to a culture focused on quality repairs.

Qualifications

• B-Level Automotive Technician or strong C-Level Automotive Technician.
• Ability to perform general automotive maintenance, inspections, and mechanical repairs.
• Working knowledge of automotive diagnostic procedures and troubleshooting techniques.
• Ability to communicate repair findings clearly and collaborate with other technicians.
• Commitment to quality workmanship and developing others.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical concerns across a variety of vehicle makes and model years.
• Perform general automotive maintenance, vehicle inspections, and mechanical repairs.
• Complete preventive maintenance, fluid services, and routine vehicle servicing.
• Troubleshoot automotive diagnostic concerns and perform repairs.
• Utilize manufacturer diagnostic portals and repair information to identify issues and support accurate repairs.
• Document completed repairs, diagnostic findings, and service recommendations.
• Collaborate with experienced technicians and develop apprentices.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow repair procedures.
