Qualifications
- Positive attitude and a desire to serve guest
- 3+ years of experience as an automotive technician/mechanic
- ASE Certifications preferred, or a plan to achieve
- Capable of diagnosing and repairing all makes/models of vehicles
- Meet or exceed hourly goals
- Aptitude for learning additional skills and processes
- Professional appearance and strong communication
- A desire for long‑term career development
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and fix vehicles for our guests
- Build experience across a wide range of domestic and foreign vehicles
- Complete full, accurate courtesy vehicle inspections
- Troubleshoot guest concerns quickly and effectively with the service team
- Maintain high safety, cleanliness, and organization standards
- Communicate concerns effectively with the service department
- Collaborate with technicians to solve problems and meet deadlines
