Qualifications

• Prior hands-on automotive repair experience; this is not an entry-level position.
• Experience performing maintenance, repairs, inspections, and diagnostics appropriate to your skill level.
• Dependable attendance and a collaborative, team-oriented approach.
• Willingness to learn, accept coaching, and continue developing technical skills.
• Professional communication with coworkers and customers.
• ASE certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform automotive maintenance, repairs, and diagnostics appropriate to your skill level
• Complete accurate vehicle inspections and clearly document findings
• Produce quality repair work efficiently while following shop safety procedures
• Follow established shop procedures and workflows
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workspace
• Communicate clearly with service advisors and fellow technicians
• Work with senior technicians and ask questions when additional guidance is needed
• Participate in ongoing automotive training and skill development
