Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) in El Paso, TX is seeking an Automotive Technician to diagnose, repair and maintain vehicles under guidance of senior techs. Responsibilities include oil changes, brake and suspension inspections, battery installs, tire maintenance, and road testing.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications include the ability to learn basic mechanical tasks and a valid driver's license.
• Experience with oil changes, tire repairs, and basic inspections is expected.
• A.V.E. certification or equivalent training is preferred.
• Vocational-Technical schooling or related certification is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Change oil and perform scheduled maintenance services.
• Inspect steering, suspension, and brake systems.
• Install batteries and check electrical systems.
• Perform tire maintenance and install parts as needed.
• Road test vehicles to verify repairs and performance.
