Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) seeks an Automotive Technician to diagnose, repair and maintain vehicles under experienced technicians. You will participate in inspections, assist in repairs, and deliver high‑quality workmanship in a fast‑paced service bay.

The role offers flat‑rate pay, opportunities to obtain ASE certifications, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, paid vacation, 401(k), and ongoing training. Texas-based positions welcome applicants in El Paso.

Qualifications

• Must be able to learn basic mechanical tasks.
• Valid automobile driver's license at all times.
• Basic understanding of general automotive maintenance & tire repair services including: oil changes, basic inspections, repairing tires.

Responsibilities

• Change oil and perform scheduled maintenance services.
• Inspect steering, suspension, and brake systems.
• Install batteries and check electrical systems.
• Perform tire maintenance.
• Install parts.
• Road test vehicles.
• Pursue A.S.E. certifications within first two years of employment; tests and registrations fees paid by company; bonuses for each test passed.
