Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is seeking an Automotive Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles. You will work under experienced technicians to learn and apply hands‑on skills in a fast-paced environment and interact with customers as needed.

Responsibilities include oil changes, tire service, and inspecting braking and steering systems. ASE certifications and continuous training are supported by the company, with a competitive pay model and benefits for eligible teammates.

Qualifications

• Basic mechanical tasks and tire service skills.
• Ability to perform oil changes and routine maintenance.
• Reading, writing, and math skills helpful for inspections and records.

Responsibilities

• Change oil and perform maintenance services.
• Inspect steering, suspension, and brakes.
• Install batteries and check electrical systems.
• Perform tire maintenance and repairs.
• Road test vehicles and document results.
