Ideal candidates have basic mechanical aptitude, a valid driver's license, and readiness to pursue ASE certifications. Flat-rate pay ranges from $16.63 to $24.99 per hour, reflecting regional earning potential.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
• Able to learn basic mechanical tasks and perform routine maintenance and inspections.
• Familiar with oil changes, tire repair, and basic inspections.

Responsibilities

• Change oil and perform scheduled maintenance services.
• Inspect steering, suspension, and brake systems.
• Install batteries and check electrical systems.
• Perform tire maintenance.
• Install parts.
• Road test vehicles.
• Pursue A.S.E. certifications within two years; company funds tests and may provide bonuses for each passed.
