Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) in the United States is seeking an Automotive Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles under guidance from experienced techs. You will learn hands-on and contribute to quality service in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities include oil changes, inspections, tire work, battery installs, and road testing, with a path to ASE certifications. Competitive flat-rate pay reflects regional productivity.

Qualifications

• Ability to learn basic mechanical tasks and perform routine maintenance.
• Valid driver's license at all times to drive customer and company vehicles.
• Basic understanding of oil changes, inspections and tire repair services.
• Reading, writing and math skills required.

Responsibilities

• Change oil and perform scheduled maintenance.
• Inspect steering, suspension and brake systems.
• Install batteries and check electrical systems.
• Perform tire maintenance and install parts.
• Road test vehicles and ensure safety and quality.
• Pursue ASE certifications within two years; fees covered by company.
