Job summary

Perfect Shift LLC in Selma, TX is seeking experienced A-Level or B-Level Automotive Technicians for a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends. Pay ranges $33–$45 per flagged hour for B-Level and $50–$77 per flagged hour for A-Level, with a 30-hour weekly guarantee and weekly pay.

The shop uses Tekmetric for management and digital inspections, and offers ongoing training, PTO after 30 days, and a retirement plan.

Qualifications

• Experience appropriate for an A-Level or B-Level role.
• Strong diagnostic skills.
• Experience on Domestic vehicles.
• Proficient with digital shop systems.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose vehicle issues and plan repairs.
• Take vehicles from diagnosis to completion.
• Perform diagnostics and repairs on Domestic vehicles.
• Use Tekmetric for workflow and digital inspections.
• Document findings clearly in shop systems.
• Communicate effectively with team for efficient workflow.
• Own assigned work through to completion.
