Qualifications

• 8+ years of independent automotive repair experience REQUIRED.
• Strong diagnostic and repair capabilities.
• Strong drivability diagnostic skills.
• Ability to diagnose and repair vehicles from start to finish.
• Ability to read diagnostic codes and interpret testing information.
• Experience performing digital vehicle inspections.
• Demonstrated productivity, organization, quality workmanship, and professional communication.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced automotive diagnostics and troubleshooting.
• Diagnose and resolve drivability concerns.
• Read and interpret diagnostic codes and test results.
• Complete repairs from initial diagnosis through final repair.
• Perform digital vehicle inspections (DVI).
• Accurately document vehicle findings, inspection results, and repair recommendations.
• Maintain strong productivity while delivering quality repair work.
• Communicate effectively with the service team regarding vehicle findings and repair needs.
