Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–6:00 PM; no weekends

Pay Rate: B-Level: $33–$45/flagged hour; A-Level: $50–$77/flagged hour

Pay Type: Flat rate with a 30-hour weekly guarantee

About Perfect Shift LLC

Perfect Shift LLC is seeking an experienced A-Level or B-Level Automotive Technician in Selma, TX.

B-Level technicians earn $33–$45 per flagged hour, while A-Level technicians earn $50–$77 per flagged hour, with a 30-hour weekly guarantee.

The shop offers a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends, weekly pay, ongoing training, PTO after 30 days, and a retirement plan.

Technicians work primarily on Domestic vehicles in a 6-bay, 6-lift shop using Tekmetric for shop management and digital vehicle inspections.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose vehicle concerns and determine the repairs needed to complete the job.
• Take assigned vehicles from initial diagnosis through completed repair.
• Perform automotive diagnostics and repair work primarily on Domestic vehicles.
• Use Tekmetric for shop workflow and digital vehicle inspections.
• Document repair findings and job information clearly using the shop’s computer systems.
• Communicate effectively with the team to support an organized and productive workflow.
• Take ownership of assigned work and follow repairs through completion.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated automotive repair experience appropriate for an A-Level or B-Level Technician role.
• Strong automotive diagnostic skills and the ability to complete repairs from start to finish.
• Experience working on Domestic vehicles.
• Strong computer skills and ability to work with digital shop systems.
• Professional, organized, and able to communicate effectively with team members.
• Demonstrated reliability, productivity, and follow-through in previous automotive work.
• Diesel experience and ASE certifications are pluses, not requirements.

Compensation & Benefits

• B-Level flat-rate pay: $33–$45 per flagged hour.
• A-Level flat-rate pay: $50–$77 per flagged hour.
• Guarantee: 30 flagged hours per week.
