Job summary

Dynamic Automotive in Frederick, MD seeks an experienced B-Level Automotive Technician for a five-day work week. Earn $25-$30 per hour plus production and location-based bonuses; benefits include health, dental, vision, paid leave, and a 401(k).

The role requires at least three years of repair experience, ASE certifications, and strong diagnostic skills; MD inspector license is a plus. You will inspect, diagnose, repair, and communicate findings while maintaining safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of automotive repair experience.
• Four ASE Certifications or the ability to obtain four within one year of employment.
• Maryland State Inspector License is a plus.
• Strong automotive diagnostic and mechanical problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose, repair, and maintain customer vehicles.
• Perform automotive diagnostics and mechanical troubleshooting using diagnostic equipment and scan tools.
• Complete repairs efficiently while maintaining quality workmanship.
• Follow established shop safety practices and repair procedures.
• Communicate repair findings and relevant vehicle information clearly and accurately.
• Take accountability for productivity, repair quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Work independently while collaborating with technicians and other team members.
• Continue developing technical knowledge as automotive technology and repair procedures change.
