This role offers a salary range of $120,000–$150,000 and a sign-on bonus up to $4,000, with Monday–Friday hours, weekly pay, and benefits including medical, dental, and vision, retirement with 3% match, and relocation assistance.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of automotive repair experience preferred.
• Experience working on multiple makes and models.
• Strong diagnostic ability.
• Major repair experience.
• Timing belt and timing chain experience.
• Engine and transmission repair experience.
• Electrical and drivability diagnostic skills.
• Proven ability to produce efficiently.
• Target ability of approximately 55 hours per week.
• Professional tools appropriate for an experienced technician.
• Valid driver's license.
• Strong work ethic and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose mechanical and electrical concerns
• Perform general automotive repair
• Complete advanced diagnostics
• Perform timing belt and timing chain repairs
• Perform engine repairs and replacement
• Perform transmission-related repairs
• Handle drivability concerns
• Complete maintenance and repair work efficiently
• Evaluate vehicles and determine proper repair procedures
• Work independently on all makes and models
• Maintain strong quality while producing at a high level
