Job summary

Land Rover Mission Viejo is hiring a skilled auto technician to service and recondition used vehicles in our busy shop.

You will diagnose and repair systems including brakes, suspension, HVAC, electrical, and engines, document work orders, and test-drive vehicles to verify repairs.

Land Rover certification and experience with European brands preferred; ASE certifications welcomed; valid driver's license required; Mon-Fri schedule with competitive flat-rate pay.

Qualifications

• Land Rover Certification with 1+ years on Land Rover vehicles.
• Experience working on other European brands.
• 2+ years diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• ASE certifications preferred or willingness to obtain.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Complete used vehicle reconditioning to meet quality and safety standards.
• Diagnose and repair brakes, suspension, HVAC, electrical, and engine components.
• Document inspections, repair recommendations, and work orders.
• Test-drive vehicles before and after repairs to verify operation and repair quality.
• Work in the used vehicle shop and report to the Service Manager.

What You'll Do

Complete used vehicle reconditioning services to ensure vehicles meet dealership quality and safety standards. Conduct multi-point inspections Diagnose and repair a variety of vehicle systems, including brakes, suspension, HVAC, electrical, and engine components. Document inspections, repair recommendations, and completed work orders. Test-drive vehicles before and after repairs to verify proper operation and repair quality. You'll work in the used vehicle shop and report to the Service Manager.

What You'll Bring

Land Rover Certified 1+ years of experience working on Land Rover vehicles. Total Rewards

The flat rate pay range for this position is $50 - $60 an hour. This is a flat rate position that is also eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes bonuses based on Production Productivity. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
