Toyota of North Charlotte, part of Hudson Automotive Group, is seeking experienced automotive technicians to join a high-volume, climate-controlled service department in Huntersville, NC. Earn $70k-$100k+ yearly with a technician retention bonus and opportunities for ongoing training.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, and air conditioning.
• Test-drive vehicles and components using diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Communicate with Service Advisor on required additional work and time estimates.
• Complete repairs per manufacturer specifications and warranty guidelines.
• Document all work on repair orders and keep tools organized and in good condition.

Provide an estimate of time needed for additional repairs.Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications.Communicate with parts department to obtain needed parts.Document all work performed on the repair order.Participate in manufacturer-sponsored training programs as assigned by service manager.Keep abreast of manufacturer technical bulletins.Ensure that customers' cars are kept clean. Notifies service advisor immediately of anything that has happened to change the appearance or condition of the vehicle.Keep shop area neat and clean.Maintain and be accountable for all dealership-owned tools and manuals.
