Midlands Toyota, part of the Hudson Automotive Group, is seeking experienced automotive technicians to join a high-volume service team in a climate-controlled, well-equipped shop. Earn $70,000–$120,000+ annually, with a new compensation structure featuring up to $40 per flat rate hour (FRH) based on Toyota certifications and experience, plus production bonuses and a sign-on bonus.

Qualifikationen

• Toyota/Lexus experience preferred.

Provide an estimate of time needed for additional repairs.Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications.Communicate with parts department to obtain needed parts.Document all work performed on the repair order.Participate in manufacturer-sponsored training programs as assigned by service manager.Keep abreast of manufacturer technical bulletins.Ensure that customers' cars are kept clean. Notifies service advisor immediately of anything that has happened to change the appearance or condition of the vehicle.Keep shop area neat and clean.Maintain and be accountable for all dealership-owned tools and manuals.
