Qualifications

• 2-5 years automotive diagnostic/repair experience required.
• Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with the dealership.
• Test-drive vehicles, and test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment.
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc.
• Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers are informed if any additional service is needed.

• Perform repairs and quality checks per repair orders.
• Test-drive vehicles and verify repair quality.

Notifies service advisor immediately of anything that has happened to change the appearance or condition of the vehicle.Keep shop area neat and clean.Maintain and be accountable for all dealership-owned tools and manuals.
