Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle repair and/or maintenance per repair order with efficiency and accuracy, following dealership and factory standards to drive customer loyalty.
• Communicate with Parts Department and Service Advisors to manage production and customer communication.
• Diagnose the cause of malfunctions and perform repairs.
• Explain technical diagnoses and needed repairs to non‑mechanical individuals including customers.
• Keep abreast of factory technical bulletins and participate in training classes as appropriate.
• Keep management aware of mechanical repair problems as they occur.
• Maintain an organized work area.

Job Responsibilities:

• Automotive Service Technician experience
