Job summary

All Roads at Norris Ford is seeking an Automotive Technician to join our Service department. This full-time role offers a competitive hourly rate and growth opportunities within a respected dealership network.

The ideal candidate has Ford experience, strong mechanical aptitude, and attention to detail. Responsibilities include diagnosing, repairing vehicles, and maintaining detailed repair records in a fast-paced shop environment.

Qualifications

• Prior Ford vehicle experience is preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Service and repair vehicles as directed by the Service Manager.
• Diagnose equipment malfunctions and provide effective repair solutions.
• Create accurate repair estimates (CDK experience a plus).
• Maintain precise, detailed records of all repairs performed and parts used.
• Communicate with factory/OEM technical support as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Compensation & Schedule

• $26–$40/hour flat rate (based on experience)
• Full-time, Monday - Saturday available
