Beechmont Automotive Group in Cincinnati is seeking an Automotive Technician with repair experience to join our busy service department. We offer factory training to become brand familiar if needed, and a clear path for advancement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Completion of an accredited automotive technology program is preferred.
• ASE certifications or manufacturer training are strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform accurate diagnostics and complex mechanical, electrical, and drivability repairs.
• Conduct thorough inspections to identify maintenance needs and potential safety issues.
• Complete repairs per manufacturer specifications and dealership standards.
• Communicate diagnoses and repair needs to service advisors; estimate times.
• Document work using the dealership's repair order system.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
• Stay current with automotive tech and participate in training/certifications.
• Utilize diagnostic tools proficiently and test-drive vehicles to verify repairs.

Job Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Completion of an accredited automotive technology program is preferred
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as an automotive technicianin a dealership or independent shop setting
• ASE certifications or manufacturer-specific training strongly preferred
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required
• Proven experience with diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on a variety of vehicle systems
• Familiarity with dealership service software and diagnostic tools is a plus
• Japanese automotive experience preferred but not required
