Job summary

Beechmont Automotive Group in Cincinnati is seeking an entry-level Automotive Technician to help provide maintenance and repairs in our Express Service department. You will perform routine tasks and learn from experienced technicians as you grow in the role.

This position offers paid training, a safe work environment, and opportunities for advancement within the service department. A valid driver's license and a strong desire to learn are required.

Qualifications

• Automotive program enrollment or completion preferred.
• Prior maintenance/repair experience a plus (but not required — we’ll train the right person).
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn.
• Basic knowledge of automotive systems helpful.

Responsibilities

• Perform oil changes, tire rotations, fluid checks, battery tests, and filter replacements.
• Conduct multi-point inspections and report findings to the service team.
• Maintain clean and organized service bays and tools.
• Safely drive customer and dealership vehicles in and out of service areas.
• Complete repair orders accurately and on time.
• Follow all dealership, manufacturer, and safety guidelines.
• Communicate clearly with service advisors and teammates about vehicle needs.
• Participate in on-the-job and manufacturer training.

In this role, you will ensure that our customers, regardless of ability, receive the same level of service and care. Your tasks will include performing routine vehicle maintenance, inspections, and repairs.
