Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineers and SMEs to translate complex information into clear documentation.
• Manage TSB lifecycle from draft to dealer distribution and publication.
• Review and ensure documentation quality, formatting, and standards compliance.
• Update documents with graphics, charts, and visuals to aid comprehension.
• Conduct validation reviews and usability testing of procedures.
• Audit historical TSB records and identify opportunities for new bulletins.
• Improve documentation processes to support engineering and service operations.
