Responsibilities

  • Support media events for new model introductions and provide technical assistance.
  • Investigate, inspect, and install warranty and test parts; perform road testing.
  • Validate labor times and document findings for LTS activities.
  • Assist Product/Accessory Quality Engineers with labor time studies and documentation.
  • Perform repairs, maintenance, and PDI inspections on fleet vehicles and prototypes.
  • Provide technical support for vehicle quality improvement activities.
