Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Create, edit, and maintain automotive technical documentation and service bulletins (TSBs).
• Collaborate with engineers and SMEs to translate complex info into clear documentation.
• Manage the TSB lifecycle from draft to publication and dealer distribution.
• Review documents for style, formatting, and quality standards.
• Update TSBs with graphics and visuals to improve comprehension.
• Conduct validation reviews and usability testing of procedures.
• Audit historical TSB records and identify opportunities for new bulletins.
• Continuously improve documentation processes to support teams and dealerships.
