Qualifications

• BA/BS and 6+ years of progressive management in an automotive environment or MS + 4 years experience or Ph.D. + 1 year experience or HS Diploma and 10 years of experience.
• Strong background in automotive technical training and technician development.
• Hands-on leadership and the ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Terrific communication, interpersonal, and team-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Delivers the full range of vehicle operations training for assigned regions or product areas.
• Partners with Curriculum Development to prepare online and written training materials.
• Ensures course materials and hands-on experiences achieve learning outcomes.
• Executes and shares best practices for instructor training and performance.
• Measures training content and delivery effectiveness.
• Consults with business leaders to assess training needs and drive performance.
