Job summary

Holley Performance Brands in Bowling Green, KY, is seeking an experienced Test Engineer for full-time salaried work in automotive validation. You will execute test plans, operate bench and vehicle-level tests, and diagnose ECU-related issues to ensure quality and reliability across our fuel and performance systems.

Candidate should have 2–5 years in automotive testing, hands-on lab instrumentation, and familiarity with CAN networks; strong documentation and cross-functional collaboration skills

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in automotive testing or related hands-on technical role.
• Hands-on experience with laboratory instrumentation and automotive test equipment, including oscilloscope-based verification.
• Working knowledge of CAN communication and automotive diagnostic tools.

Responsibilities

• Execute component, subsystem, system, and vehicle-level test plans as directed by Validation Engineers.
• Set up, run, and tear down tests at bench, HIL, and vehicle levels.
• Diagnose electrical, software, and hardware issues during validation testing.
