Job summary

ISUZU in Anaheim, CA is hiring for a management position overseeing service manuals, bulletins, and readiness activities. You will coordinate with internal and external teams to analyze requests and plan new service communications and programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/ENG or related technical discipline.
• 7–10 years related experience in automotive service, technical publications, software development and PM.
• Experience managing software vendors, SOWs, budgets, schedules and changes.

Responsibilities

• Manages service manuals and bulletins within budget and deadlines.
• Develops web-based publications and vehicle diagnostic tools.
• Leads field fix process with multiple internal/external groups.
• Supports creation of service programs with ICTA and related departments.
• Monitors IsuzuTruckService.com with IGSS.
