Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 7–10 years in automotive service, technical publications, software development, and project management.
• Experience managing software vendors, SOWs, budgets, schedules, deliverables, changes, and performance.

Responsibilities

• Develops and manages service manuals, bulletins, and service readiness activities with internal and external parties.
• Analyzes dealer/ICTA requests and plans, and develops new service communications and programs.
• Manages publication development within budget and deadlines; coordinates with outside vendors.
• Leads development of web-based publications and vehicle diagnostic tools.
• Leads field fix processes with multiple internal/external teams and brands.
• Monitors and maintains IsuzuTruckService.com with IGSS.
