Job summary

Holley Performance Products, Inc. in Sanford, FL is hiring a full-time Technical Service Representative focused on customer inquiries, troubleshooting, and technical support for dealers, distributors, and end-users.

You will interface with engineering and other teams to deliver timely solutions and uphold service standards. The role requires automotive knowledge, strong communication, and the ability to work Monday–Friday on-site in Sanford.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to concentrate on calls 6–8 hrs daily.
• Availability to work Monday–Friday.
• Must work as a CSR for at least 3 months or CSR-certified.
• 1 year of customer service/technical support preferred.
• Knowledge of gas/diesel engines and automotive tech preferred.
• Hands-on vehicle/Performance product experience preferred.
• Experience in automotive industry a plus.
• Proficient with MS Excel, Word, Outlook; able to learn CS software.
• Team-oriented and quick learner.
• Familiar with basic vehicle functions; automotive enthusiast a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries from end-users, dealers, and distributors about products.
• Troubleshoot and locate root causes; respond by phone or email.
• Identify, research, and resolve issues using tech manuals, Apex, or bug tracker.
• Coordinate with engineering for long-term solutions to frequent problems.
• Maintain knowledge of all products and automotive technology.
• Complete call logs, RMAs, and reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high service levels.
• Conduct outbound calls or emails with updates (RMA status, pricing, questions).
• Learn customer product usage and verify applications work as expected.
