Alloy Automotive Partners is seeking a proactive recruiter to drive nationwide talent for 12 shops, spanning both service and technician roles. You’ll source actively, screen quickly, and keep candidates engaged, often across large geographic areas.

You’ll articulate the value of our flat-rate pay, production bonuses, and relocation support to attract top technicians willing to relocate for the right opportunity.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of recruiting experience with outbound sourcing.
• Experience recruiting skilled trades, automotive, or other hard-to-fill hourly roles.
• A sales mindset, resilience, and strong candidate follow-up.
• Ability to relocate candidates nationwide and manage remote recruiting.

Responsabilités

• Own full-cycle recruiting for roles across 12 shops, from technicians to service leaders.
• Utilize 100 sourcing contacts monthly to fill technician and other key roles.
• Find candidates nationwide via LinkedIn, groups, Indeed, and more.
• Build a bench of talent nationwide and educate on relocation options.
• Explain pay plans and relocation benefits to candidates with conviction.
• Screen candidates quickly and hand managers a short, qualified list.
• Coordinate relocation logistics with Ops, HR, Payroll, and Training.
