You will travel to dealerships across the Wilmington coastal market, identify and connect talented candidates, and manage applications, prescreening, interviews, and offers.

You’ll build strong relationships with hiring managers, craft engaging job ads, and develop candidate pipelines while collaborating with onboarding to ensure new teammates start strong.
