Job summary

Capital Automotive Group is seeking a dynamic Recruiter to join our Recruiting & Onboarding Team. This role focuses on connecting great people with great opportunities across our Charlotte and Salisbury markets, with remote flexibility and regular travel to dealerships.

You will partner with dealership managers, manage the full recruiting process, and create engaging postings while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Partner with dealership managers to understand hiring needs and build teams.
• Manage full recruiting process from sourcing to offers.
• Create engaging job postings to attract talent.
• Deliver a top-notch candidate experience with timely communication.
• Source candidates and develop talent pipelines for current and future roles.
• Collaborate with Onboarding Team for smooth candidate transitions.
• Visit dealerships to connect with leadership and support recruiting efforts.
• Represent Capital Automotive Group at career fairs and events.
• Stay organized and move hiring processes efficiently.
