Job summary

Stellantis is seeking a System Analyst Validation Engineer (VST) to understand and test electrical/electronic vehicle systems, including body, audio, chassis, and safety domains. You will develop automated stress tests and analyze results to ensure design conformance, working with cross-functional teams to drive issue resolution.

Requires deep EE knowledge, CAN/LIN proficiency, and experience with VHIL/HIL setups.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent from an ABET accredited university.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive electrical systems design, development, or validation.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be able to drive and test vehicles domestically.
• Travel up to 10% domestically and internationally.
• Experience with EE validation guidelines, test planning, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute automated stress testing at vehicle and subsystem levels.
• Analyze test results, troubleshoot issues, and drive root-cause resolution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions.
• Test CAN/LIN networks using CANoe/CANalyzer and electrical lab equipment.
• Document test environments, automation, and vehicle configuration requirements.
