Job summary

Stellantis in Auburn, AL seeks a System Analyst Validation Engineer to drive automated stress testing of electrical and electronic vehicle systems, including body, audio, active chassis, and safety domains. The role emphasizes CAN/LIN, VHIL/HIL testing, and root-cause analysis.

You will work with validation teams and suppliers to ensure reliability, analyze results, document incidents, and lead corrective actions, while traveling up to 10% domestically and internationally.

Qualifications

• BS in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering from ABET-accredited university.
• 5+ years of experience in automotive electrical systems design, development, or validation.
• Willing to travel up to 10% domestically and internationally.
• Proficient with CAN/LIN testing tools and electrical debugging equipment.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute automated stress testing at vehicle and subsystem levels.
• Analyze test results, troubleshoot issues, and drive resolution with cross-functional teams.
• Troubleshoot ECUs, System HIL, and test environments to minimize false positives.
• Provide feedback on test plans and procedures for continuous improvement.
• Document test environment, automation, and vehicle configuration requirements.
