Stellantis in Auburn Hills, Michigan seeks an Electrical Systems Validation Engineer to validate electrical systems using test plans and procedures for body, audio, active chassis, and safety systems. The role heavily employs CAN testing tools and traditional lab equipment to test vehicle systems in HIL, VHIL, and bench setups.
The engineer will develop procedures for manual and automated testing, execute tests, review reports, and track software updates.
Formación
- Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related degree field.
- Minimum of 5 years of Engineering experience.
- Must be able to travel domestically and internationally up to 20%.
- Execute test procedures in alignment with EE Validation guidelines and strategy.
- Analyze test execution results to generate reports and drive resolution.
- Familiarity with CAN tools and CAN networks.
- Experience with FOTA is a plus.
Responsabilidades
- Validate electrical systems based on validation test plans and procedures.
- Develop and execute HIL test procedures and automated tests.
- Analyze data and document test results and defects.
- Collaborate with feature owners, engineering teams, and suppliers.
- Provide feedback on test plans and procedures for continuous improvement.
