Job summary

Stellantis seeks a System Analyst Validation Engineer to understand and validate electrical and electronic vehicle systems, including body, audio, chassis, and safety domains. You will develop automated stress tests at vehicle and subsystem levels and lead root‑cause analysis with cross‑functional teams.

The role requires extensive CAN/LIN knowledge, CANoe testing, and electrical lab proficiency. Travel and vehicle testing are expected as part of validation efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (ABET-accredited).
• 5+ years in automotive electrical systems design, development, or validation.
• Valid driver's license and ability to test drive vehicles domestically and internationally (Canada/Mexico) up to 10%.
• Ability to travel up to 10% domestically and internationally.
• Execute test procedures per EE Validation guidelines and strategy.
• Analyze test results, document incidents, and drive resolution through system analysis.
• Troubleshoot ECUs, System HIL, and test environments to minimize false positives.
• Familiarity with OTA updates (FOTA/AOTA/MOTA/xOTA).

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute automated stress testing at vehicle and subsystem levels.
• Analyze results, troubleshoot issues, and identify root causes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions.
• Provide feedback on test plans and procedures for continuous improvement.
• Test with CANoe/CANalyzer and traditional electrical testing equipment in a lab environment.
