Job summary

Pentangle Tech Services | P5 Group is seeking an Electrical Systems Analyst Engineer to understand the development, design, and system interaction of electrical and electronic vehicle systems across body, audio, active chassis, and safety domains.

You will collaborate with Validation teams to analyze results, troubleshoot issues, and drive corrective actions with cross-functional teams, including suppliers. Travel up to 10% domestically and internationally is required.

Qualifications

• Understanding automotive technology, specification analysis, and system interactions to ensure designs meet expectations.
• Experience with electrical debugging tools (DMM, oscilloscope, CAN tools) for test and validation.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (Canada/Mexico) up to 10%.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and ability to drive heavy-duty vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Understand development, design, and system interaction of electrical/electronic vehicle systems (body, audio, chassis, safety).
• Collaborate with Validation teams to analyze test results, troubleshoot, and implement corrective actions.
• Work with feature owners, engineering, and suppliers to identify defects early and provide evidence of elimination.
• Provide feedback on test plans and procedures for continuous improvement.
• Execute test procedures per EE Validation guidelines and document incidents; drive resolution through system analyses.
