Job summary

Stellantis NV seeks a System Analyst Validation Engineer to understand the development and interactions of electrical and electronic vehicle systems, including body, audio, and safety domains. You will develop and execute automated stress tests at vehicle and subsystem levels, ensuring systems meet design expectations.

Responsibilities include analyzing test results, troubleshooting components, and leading cross-functional collaboration to root out issues and drive corrective actions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in EE or ME from ABET-accredited university.
• Minimum 5 years in automotive electrical systems design, development, or validation.
• Must have valid driver’s license and be willing to drive/test vehicles.
• Travel domestically and internationally (Canada/Mexico) up to 10%.
• Experience executing test procedures per EE Validation guidelines and strategy.
• Ability to analyze test results, document incidents, and drive resolution.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute automated stress testing at vehicle and subsystem levels.
• Analyze test results and troubleshoot ECUs and HIL environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions.
• Provide feedback on test plans and procedures for continuous improvement.
