Job summary

Ford Motor Company is seeking a senior leader to manage Supply Chain Programs for vehicle programs. You will lead a team of program buyers, drive sourcing execution, and ensure cost, timing, quality, and regulatory compliance across programs.

You will collaborate with Product Development, Manufacturing, Finance, and Planning to achieve milestones, develop talent, and deliver successful launches in a global environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., supply chain, engineering, business).
• 7+ years in supply chain, purchasing, or program management in manufacturing.
• 5+ years leading projects or cross-functional teams delivering results.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Supply Chain Program Buyers.
• Drive sourcing execution to meet program timing, cost, quality and launch readiness.
• Monitor deliverables, identify and resolve issues affecting performance.
• Support cost delivery through collaboration with commodity teams and suppliers.
• Lead program reviews and provide updates on risks, opportunities and milestones.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements including USMCA and others.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities to drive successful vehicle program execution.
