Ford Motor Company is recruiting for a leadership-level role in the ADVEV supply chain, hybrid onsite. You will own end-to-end sourcing strategy, collaborate with engineering teams, and develop resilient supplier networks.

This position emphasizes cost modeling, negotiation, and cross-functional leadership to deliver best-in-class supply chain outcomes. The role requires a strong track record in negotiation, stakeholder management, and driving automation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or equivalent field.
• 5+ years in supply chain or commodity management.
• Creative negotiation skills and strategic thinking.
• Strong relationship management with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end sourcing strategy for critical spend areas across the UEV platform and follow-on programs.
• Partner with engineering from concept through launch to align sourcing with roadmaps and prototypes.
• Build should-cost models to guide negotiation and evaluate quotes piece-by-piece.
• Lead make-vs-buy analyses to optimize value and supply base development.
• Develop Tier 1/2 partnerships and regional capacity strategies to mitigate risks.
• Drive automation across the supply chain and enable analytics across supplier data.
• Shape tools and processes for sourcing, including should-cost methodology and supplier management.
