Job summary

Ford Motor Company seeks a motivated Manager, Supply Chain Programs to lead a team of buyers supporting vehicle programs. You will drive sourcing execution, cost performance, launch readiness, and regulatory compliance while coordinating with Product Development, Manufacturing, Finance, MP&L, Planning, and Purchasing teams.

You will mentor talent, build cross-functional partnerships, and contribute to successful launches of Ford's future products in a global setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, Finance, Operations, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Purchasing, Commodity Management, Program Management, or related function in manufacturing.
• 5+ years of experience leading projects, cross-functional teams, or program activities delivering business results.
• Experience supporting sourcing activities, product launches, or program management initiatives.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and drive execution in a matrix environment.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data for business decisions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for stakeholders across functions.
• Proven ability to build relationships, influence outcomes, and collaborate across organizations.
• Experience developing talent and coaching teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Supply Chain Program Buyers supporting vehicle program sourcing activities.
• Drive sourcing execution to meet program timing, cost, quality, and launch readiness.
• Monitor program deliverables and escalate risks and opportunities as needed.
• Support material cost delivery through collaboration with commodity teams and suppliers.
• Lead program reviews and provide updates on sourcing status and milestones.
• Conduct program analyses, including localization studies and business case support.
• Ensure compliance with USMCA, EU7, and other regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities to support program execution.
• Build relationships across Purchasing, Product Development, Manufacturing, Finance, Planning, and MP&L.
• Lead onboarding, coaching, and development activities for team members.
• Promote continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
