Job summary

Plaza Tire Service in Bentonville, AR seeks a Manager in Training through our MOD program. This is not entry-level; selected candidates will be certified to assume full store management as vacancies arise.

Compensation is $70,000 per year plus bonus and opportunity. The MOD program offers hands-on certification, mentorship, and on-the-job practice to prepare you for Store Manager duties. Relocation to open store may be required.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of experience leading a team in retail or automotive service.
• Proven ability to develop and meet sales and profit plans.
• Strong leadership, communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Set expectations and communicate goals and training needs to staff.
• Recruit, interview and hire employees in partnership with HR.
• Analyze sales performance and implement plans to maximize targets.
• Maintain store cleanliness, merchandising standards and safety.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and coaching.
