Job summary

Plaza Tire Service is seeking experienced retail leaders for immediate placement as Experienced Store Managers through our Manager-On-Deck (MOD) program. This is not a trainee role; selected candidates will be certified and ready to take full store management duties as openings arise.

compensation: $70,000 per year plus bonus and opportunity to advance within Sun Auto Network's Plaza Tire Service family.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of experience leading a team in a similar role.
• Proven experience in retail or automotive service management.
• Strong leadership and customer service capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Set expectations and communicate with employees on responsibilities, goals, training, development, and customer service.
• Recruit, interview, and hire new employees in partnership with HR.
• Analyze sales performance and implement plans to meet targets and drive growth.
