Plaza Tire Service is seeking an experienced retail leader for the Manager-On-Deck (MOD) program. This role places qualified candidates as Experienced Store Managers when a vacancy arises, with a compensation of $70,000 per year plus bonus opportunities.

Qualifications

Two or more years of experience leading a team in a similar role.
Proven experience in retail or automotive service management.
Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
Demonstrated ability to develop and meet sales plans with defined goals.
Willingness to relocate or accept placement in an open store upon program completion.
Valid driver''s license and ability to meet company driving requirements.

Responsibilities
